I keep coming back to this hotel because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Poolside snack bar, Fitness centre, Indoor swimming pool. The staff also helped me with local delivery recommendation. Can't wait to return for my holiday.

My recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. The bathroom amenities, including body lotion, were top-notch. The hotel's breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus were great with a wide variety of options to choose from. The concierges were extremely helpful and attentive, always greeting me and assisting with taxi rides and shopping. The central location of the hotel was convenient, with many restaurants and a mall nearby. The property itself was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel! the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be better - close to all the Christmas markets! the breakfast and dinner menus were great, and we really enjoyed the variety of options available. the pool area was amazing and we spent hours lounging there. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including high-speed internet access.

The emergency backup power didn't work during a power outage, which was expected as this happens often in the area, and it made for quite an uncomfortable night without air conditioning. although the hotel was fabulous, we did notice a few small details that showed lack of attention to detail, such as a few furniture scrubs on the walls, and some paint marks on the glass in the windows.

The hotel location is convenient and offers a good view. the rooms are spacious and come with excellent facilities, such as a pool and exercise area, and friendly hotel staff. the breakfast is outstanding and the restaurant offers a wide range of delicious cuisine.

Some of the staff at the front desk was unprofessional in handling procedures such as check-in and check-out.

Great breakfast options, comfortable beds and a good gym

I recently stayed in a hotel for a weekend and the breakfast was truly amazing, with so many options to choose from. The beds were also really comfortable, making it easy to sleep in. the gym was very well equipped and allowed me to work out comfortably.

The staff were also not very friendly, and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The cleanliness was also not up to standards and could certainly have been improved.

This hotel is a truly luxurious venue with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna. the swimming pool and Jacuzzi offer a unique view and the massage service is sublime. the full body massage and foot massage are especially relaxing. the poolside snack bar and bar/ lounge area near the pool offer delicious cocktails and refreshing drinks. the restaurant offers special diet menus that cater to all dietary needs.

The only minor issue was the slow service at the restaurant. the room advantages such as the exclusive facilities and location advantages make up for it.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was really friendly and always helpful. They provided me with helpful information about the city. The location was convenient as it was safe to walk around. The hotel facilities were outstanding, and the pool and exercise areas were well-maintained. The breakfast had a great selection of local foods and egg dishes. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
